Even though I usually eat fairly healthy, I don’t judge the eating habits of others…but have you ever had one of the hot dogs that spends its day spinning around and around and around and….around? There I stood…wondering…considering…pondering…looking around to see if anyone looked like they would giggle or give me a confused look of…”are you REALLY going to eat that?” My hand started to reach for the tongs as I searched for what looked like the ‘freshest’ dog on the cleanest roller, and then I remembered…a goal of mine for January was to not eat meat. Whew! Not to worry my friends I will be back to eating meat on February 1st, which happens to be a Saturday, and on the weekends I tend to live a little more dangerously. Until February 1st hot dog…until then we will meet again. My only hope is that it’s a nice fresh plump one!
