Monica said she became a huge fan of Dolly Parton about 9 years ago and that was when she really got into country music. She started working with Brandie Carlile on this new venture, and then Jimmie Allen hit her up to have a guest spot on his song, Pray. Little Big Town is also on the track….Monical met LBT while working in the studio with Carlile. Monica’s country album could be out before the end of the year, but that’s all we know about it so far. She’s also getting ready to release an R&B album called Trenches.
