PEORIA, Ill. — Police flooded one neighborhood in Pekin on Thursday, reportedly executing a knock-and-announce search warrant.
It happened at 300 South Street in Pekin.
A multi-agency law enforcement group took two people into custody.
Illinois State Police say a woman was arrested for multiple in-state warrants and another person was taken into custody for meth possession.
ISP says the investigation is ongoing.
Along with state police SWAT officers, the multi-agency group also included the Peoria Multi-County Narcotics Group, Peoria Heights Police and Pekin Police.
