PEORIA, Ill. – A search of two South Peoria homes Tuesday morning has resulted in three people facing felony charges.
Peoria Police say investigators conducted a search warrant just before 7:00 a.m. at the homes on West Smith Street, inbetween DuSable and Steubenville, and found more than 600 grams of cannabis, more than 1,000 grams of synthetic cannabis, and over 3,000 methamphetamine pills.
The search also turned up nearly 150 grams of cocaine, drug equipment, a large amount of cash, two handguns, a rifle, and ammunition.
Arrested and charged were:
- Don C. Coleman, 38: Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Distribution of Cannabis, Possession of Methamphetamine, Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Synthetic Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Synthetic Cannabis with intent to Deliver, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition by a Felon
- Javion D. Parker, 20: Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and the Distribution of Cannabis.
- Pamela N. Riggs, 42: Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon and an
outstanding warrant.
All three were taken to the Peoria County Jail.
