PEORIA Ill. – OSF Healthcare Ministries announces a transition in leadership.
In a statement sent out Tuesday, OSF officials said in April of 2026, current CEO Bob Sehring, will be retiring.
Sehring first joined O-S-F in 2002, as Vice President for Business Support Services — he was promoted to C-E-O of Healthcare Ministries in 2017.
To facilitate a smooth transition, Michelle Conger will assume the role of president of OSF HealthCare on January 1, 2025 — and will then succeed Sehring as chief executive officer, when he retires.
