PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police are looking for a group of suspects involved in an alleged hate crime incident in the downtown area.
Police say officers were in contact with the owner of In Bloom Tattoo Collective on Liberty Street at around 8:00 P.M. Saturday.
The owner told police two flags, one with the logo of the business on it and the other a pride flag, were stolen from outside the business by being ripped from their mounts and taken.
Peoria Police says they are investigating it as a hate crime.
The alleged group involves four males, and Peoria Police have released multiple photos of the alleged suspects.
