* WHERE...Illinois River at Peoria.
* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not
protected by levees.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 19.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Thursday morning and continue falling to 15.1 feet
