Please tell me your family is the same way, you get together for something and someone wants to take a group picture…and you strike a pose. Not a normal, every day, here let me smile, kind of pose, but more of a “Let’s see just how awkward I can make this” pose. Welcome to my family. This Father’s Day my daughter Becca took 42 family pictures (those that didn’t get deleted anyway), and I think maybe 4 in total are what most people would call “normal”. Wait, I just double checked….only 1 “normal” picture taken!
Next time you get together with friends or the ones you love, do me a favor and make sure at least one or two of the pictures are just a little odd or different. You’ll look at them years down the road and just laugh.
