There’s a study that found that you can eat an insane amount of calories once in a while and it won’t cause you long-term health problems. Hey put me in coach I’m ready to play!!! They say our bodies can actually handle and process the extra burst of calories really well . . . as long as you don’t do it too often. So you can eat a dozen donuts or an entire pizza, or both!
BUT . . . that magic stops working if you start going food crazy too often. Quote, “Overeating . . . adds more stored energy to our bodies in the form of fat, which can culminate in obesity if you overeat day after day.” Check out the story (here)
