PEORIA, Ill. – Two Peoria hospitals are merging under one banner.
Carle Health Methodist and Proctor Hospitals are uniting together to operate as one hospital with two campuses on November 1st.
Proctor will be renamed to Carle Health Methodist Hospital – Proctor Campus.
In a statement, Carle says there will be no impacts on staff, nor disruptions to services, insurance coverage, or scheduled appointments.
Carle says the merger will improve coordination of care, strengthen collaboration, enhance operational efficiency, and provide greater flexibility.
