Wiping the sleep from my eyes this morning as I waited for my coffee to brew, I look down at the ingredients (weird, I know), and I see Vegetable Oil listed. Now I now I’m tired and haven’t had my coffee yet, but I was a little confused about why it was there. It was explained to me that, that’s why it can last so long without going “bad”. Ewwwww.
So I googled if this was normal… yes, yes it is apparently. This is from Google..
Does coffee creamer have vegetable oil?
Coffee creamer is made of water, sugar, and vegetable oil – a low-quality oil. Avoid consuming creamer if you value your health, as its ingredients are linked with premature death. Table cream is a healthier option.
Ok, as of tomorrow I’m off coffee cold turkey!
